When can I cancel?
- Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for most trips.
- Some airlines and hotels may have stricter rules. These will be shown during your request.
Steps to cancel and request a refund:
1. Log in to your Solstice Travel account.
2. Go to My Trips > Manage Booking.
3. Select your trip and choose Cancel & Refund.
4. Confirm your request. You’ll get an email confirmation.
Refund timelines:
- Flights: 5–10 business days.
- Hotels: 3–7 business days (partner-dependent).
